Digital Mammography Center
Women over the age of 35 are encouraged by their physicians to undergo a regular digital mammography screening. Little Silver Mammography Center offers digital mammography, an advanced method of screening that is used to detect smaller lesions in younger women and lesions in women with dense breast tissue.
The board certified physicians at Little Silver Mammography personally interpret your exam and provide accurate and timely results to the physicians.
YOUR APPOINTMENT AT THE LITTLE SILVER MAMMOGRAPHY CENTER
Our team of board certified physicians and health care professionals understand your anxiety, and it is our goal to make your visit a pleasant one where you will find warm and supportive care from our highly, trained, experienced staff.
To prepare for your appointment:
- Dress in a comfortable two piece outfit
- Avoid wearing deodorant, powders or creams
- Bring original films of any previous mammograms not performed here at the Little Silver Mammography Center
To bring to your appointment:
- Bring your referral form from your doctor and your insurance card
- Call 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment
